Get your concert list

Two ways to do this. The first is quicker — no email, no waiting.

Fetch them straight from Concert Archives — recommended

    What's your Concert Archives username? It's the name in your profile's web address — concertarchives.org/yourname.

    Drag the striped block onto your bookmarks bar. It's not a button — it only works once it's up on the bar.

    Now click that new bookmark twice. Not a double-click — two separate clicks, and it does the rest.

    🎤 What the two clicks do

    1st click
    Opens your Concert Archives page in a new tab. Nothing else happens yet.
    2nd click
    On that new tab, click the bookmark again. It reads every page of your history and brings you straight back here with it — nothing to copy or download.

    ✓ Safe to click as many times as you like. Doing it again just fetches your list again, and anything already matched is kept.

Or use the emailed spreadsheet — works everywhere, takes a few minutes longer

    Open concertarchives.org and sign in.Same account you've always used.

    Click your name (top right), then “Export To Spreadsheet.”One click — that's the whole export.

    Check your email and download the file.It usually arrives within a couple of minutes. It's a “.csv” file.

Match your shows to the archive

We'll look up each night, one by one, in the big fan-run concert archive that What I've Heard is built on. About a second per show — a long history takes a few minutes. You can pause anytime; it remembers where it left off.

On an iPhone or iPad — two ways

Easiest: do the computer steps above on any computer, then sign in on whativeheard.com there. Your shows sync to this device on their own — nothing else to do here.

Or right here in Safari:

    Open whativeheard.com and bookmark it.Share button → “Add Bookmark” → Save.

    Swap the bookmark's address for the code.Bookmarks (book icon) → Edit → tap the new bookmark → clear the address, paste, Save.

    Go back to whativeheard.com and tap that bookmark.A message tells you how many shows came across — done.

It only adds — anything you'd already ticked stays put, and you can untick any show on the site if something's wrong. Sign in on What I've Heard afterwards and your history follows you to your phone and other computers.

This one gets dragged, not clicked

  
It's a bookmarklet — a little tool that has to live on your bookmarks bar to do its job. Clicking it here can't do anything.

  
Press and hold it, drag it up onto the strip of bookmarks under the address bar, and let go. If you don't have that strip, the picture just above shows how to switch it on.

  
If dragging is awkward, use Copy it instead underneath, then make a new bookmark and paste that as its address.
